I bought a 2018 Hyundai Tucson. It has Oncar application in multimedia. I try to connect with samsung Note 3 phone. At first connection, the phone connected to multimedia without any problem and worked nearly 1 hour. Now it rarely connects without problem but mostly 2 second later after connection (I see the phone screen on the multimedia for 2 seconds), multimedia gives "device authentication error" and stops working. But I had connected without problem at the first day when I bought the car. at the second day I tried several times and at 5th attemp I had connection. At the 3rd day unsuccesful attempts increased but I managed it at last.
Nowadays I tried a lot of times I never could connect. It seems every passing day something goes worse with oncar application and my phone connection.
By the way I try to connect wireless. I did not try with USB cable.
I tried with Samsung S4 same thing happens, it connects only 2-3 seconds and kickout.
My car is 2018 Hyundai Tucson and multimedia software version is TLEC30_170425..
Device software version V170425...
I can send screen shot of the multimedia device in secure way such as e-mail as I dont want to share all information about my car in open public.

My wife and I both use Samsung Galaxy Note 8. We bought 2018 model Hyundai Tucson installed OnCar. The one of the reason that I preferred Tucson was the OnCar application. However, it does not support our phones. We frequently use navigation during driving. I would really appreciate if you could release an update to enable support for Galaxy Note 8.

I have Oncar application in my cars multimedia. I try to connect with samsung Note 3 phone. At first connection, the phone connected to multimedia without problem. Now it sometimes connects without problem but mostly 2 second later after connection (I see the phone screen on the multimedia 1-3 seconds), multimedia gives device authentication errror (indeed message is in Turkish an writes like "device ID cannot be verified") and stops working. When I try a lot of times it connects, but I don't know when.
