When you run the program in the phone does not pair with the car program .. The program does not work on the phone Huawei P10 Plus؟؟!!
Are there other ways to work the program on a mobile phone. Or a certain tuning method ??!

I recently bought KIA CERATO in Singapore and i realize that the system is unable to read any chinese words at all. I find it unacceptable that till date no updates have been done to fix this issue considering that the chinese market is so huge now. I am unable to choose any of my chinese song from my USB as the system cannot read the chinese words at all. This is hugely disappointing for customers like myself.

Please kindly see attached photo i took from my car. I strongly urge your company to fix this issue and to update/upgrade the current system in KIA.

Please Add Audible & podcast Addict to the white list of apps that can be used while driving.

This are both Audio playback only applications that should be usable while driving, but require me to pull to a side to pause and play audio.

I use oncar with a Galaxy Note 9 ona Kia Forte 2016 in Mexico.

Please contact your vehicle manufacturer to add the Whitelist app.

This is because only the list requested by the manufacturer is registered with respect to the driving regulations of the country concerned.



Our company will also inquire internally with the manufacturer.

However, your direct inquiry to the manufacturer is a faster response.



For quick application, we will review the app you requested to apply to the whitelist first.



There will be no problem using Google Play Music.

But again, I'll ask the verification team.
