I start the ONCAR application in my vehicle and when I try to connect to the wifi port on my phone, it gives a "Failed to Connect" warning and the application on my phone closes. I tried the permissions of the application on my smartphone one by one and gave all the permissions to set it, but it still did not work. I think it is necessary to allow "Service", but I cannot find the service tab and permission setting on my phone. I would be very grateful if you could help.

Does oncar continue update compatible devices like samsung s23 or xiaomi 13? I see that the compatible devices list hasn't been updated seen 2021.

I'm using Kia Sportage 2016 and I couldn't connect it to my phone with Oncar App,
I got this message when I am trying to connect to hotspot "Please execute navigation connection on your smart phone".
I contact with Kia dealer in Turkey but he couldn't help me,
Any chance to update the software on my car ?
